"It's been almost 2 years since I had an accident with my companion, we were hit hard, so much so that the cost of repairing the car was more than 10,000 dollars, at that time I thought it would be a total loss and that I would recover at least something to pay what I owed on the vehicle but it was not like that, I asked if repairing the car would not affect me, they told me no that "there were only minor damages and on the outside" and now I am here almost two years later going to the mechanic because one of my lights does not work after the crash, going to have the bumper of the vehicle straightened and my car after the crash lost 5,000 dollars of value, I have been calling several times and they tell me that they cannot do anything and that according to them they have already done their part, when they did not help me at all only to lose 500 dollars of the deductible that they have not been able to return to me and to be left with a vehicle which I have to take to the mechanic all the time, it is An insurance company that, instead of helping, prefers to get rid of the problem."
